When a discovery request is received, the platform assigns it to the appropriate team member and sets a deadline based on court rules, sending reminders as the deadline approaches.
Statute of Limitations Alert – Ensuring No Filing Deadline Is Ever Missed
The platform tracks all applicable statutes of limitations and sends automated alerts 90 days, 60 days, 30 days, and 7 days before the deadline expires.
Trigger Action:
If a statute of limitations deadline is approaching and the case has not been filed, the platform escalates the alert to the managing attorney and legal director.
Settlement Negotiation Queue – Tracking Settlement Offers and Counteroffers
When a payer makes a settlement offer, the platform logs the offer, calculates the net recovery after fees, and routes it to the client for approval.

The Transition | Moving from Phase 4 to Phase 5
